Where are you based? Where do you ship from?

Our workshop and office is in Dunham, Essex, UK. Our antique and vintage jewellery items are located in Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain, and will be sent from there to your address.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover), Maestro, PayPal, Facebook Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, iDEAL, Sofort, Klarna (Invoice), Bancontact, and Wire Transfer (IBAN).

Can I pay manually?

Yes, you can pay via bank transfer (IBAN), and directly in our jewellery workshop at 33 High Street, Dunmow Essex, CM6 1AB, United Kingdom. Just give us a call or send us a message beforehand.

What's your shipping time?

UK: 2 to 4 business days
EU: 3 to 14 business days
World: 3 to 17 business days

You can also contact us and ask for the specific delivery time of your item to your address.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, you will receive a tracking link for your order as soon as your parcel was sent out to your address.
