Our main goal at Circa Ibiza is your confidence and happiness. If you're unhappy with your purchase, or your item does not match any of your criteria, you can return it to us.
You will receive a full refund, if you send your order back to us within 14 days in its original condition and packaging. If you prefer an exchange for another item, that is possible as well. If you received the wrong item, we would of course cover your postage costs as well.
In case you ordered an individually personalised item or gift card, there is no option for refunds. As your confidence with us is our highest priority, any individual order and its refund condition will be discussed beforehand to make your satisfaction 100% guaranteed.
How do I exchange or return an item?
Kindly send your parcel by Royal Mail (UK) or any other shipping company (international) to Circa Ibiza Essex with insurance and tracking. Please use this address for returns, even if the initial parcel was sent from Ibiza, Spain:

Please kindly keep a copy/proof of your postage bill. We cannot be held liable for any items/parcels that go missing in the post. Lost parcels need to be dealt with via the shipping company by the customer.
